Washing and screening - process info

General

The deinking process shown in this document is suitable for production of tissue paper. In order to meet the requirements of tissue paper the process contains flotation (for removal of ink) and washing in 2 stages (for removal of ash). For production of other paper products for example news, where ash in the pulp is desirable, no washing stage will be required.
