Broke System - Process Info

Broke is repulped in the couch pit and in all the paper machine pulpers (press pulper, dry end pulper, trimvac, etc.).
Broke from all the pulpers is pumped to the couch pit and from there to a broke storage tower. From the storage tower broke is pumped to the broke thickener.
The thickened broke falls into the broke chest.
For cleaning of the filter fabric there is a cleaning shower.
The filtrate from the thickener is led to a filtrate tank and pumped to the white water disc filter.
Broke from the broke chest is pumped to a broke deflaker prior to the mixing chest.
In the broke deflaker fiber bunches are defibrated.
